Lillet Maison
Maison Lillet, storica maison francese di aperitivi, unisce tradizione liquoristica e tecnica enologica in un processo produttivo unico. I vini base di Bordeaux vengono assemblati con macerati di agrumi dolci e amari ottenuti tramite infusione a freddo delle scorze. L’affinamento avviene in botti di rovere, pratica rara nel mondo degli aperitivi, che dona rotondità e profondità aromatica. Il controllo dell’equilibrio tra zucchero, acidità e componente amaricante è centrale nella produzione. Le ricette, custodite gelosamente, prevedono tempi lunghi di maturazione.
