La storia della Pasticceria Perbellini ha inizio a metà dell’ottocento ed ha come protagonisti principali la passione per il lavoro e la volontà di proporre prodotti unici, creati a mano.
Un tuffo nel passato per rivivere con i ricordi ed il palato antichi profumi, quelli del lievito naturale e delle lunghe lievitazioni.
Un lavoro legato alla natura, e non alla frenesia del produrne quantità sempre maggiori.
