Immersa nel cuore del Trentino, l'Azienda Agricola Zeni adotta una filosofia produttiva fondata sul rispetto dei cicli naturali e sulla valorizzazione dei singoli cru, con vigne coltivate tra la Piana Rotaliana e i pendii collinari. In campagna, la gestione agronomica mira alla massima qualità del grappolo attraverso basse rese e vendemmie manuali. La vinificazione segue processi di estrema precisione: le basi spumante maturano sui lieviti per esaltare la verticalità dello Chardonnay e del Pinot Nero, mentre per i bianchi si prediligono fermentazioni a temperatura controllata che preservano l'integrità aromatica.
