Zu Plun Raspberry Brandy is a distillate made from raspberries from Fiè allo Sciliar, a newly planted variety grown at 900 meters above sea level. Distillation is done using a discontinuous distillation process in copper boilers.

Zu Plun Raspberry Brandy is a raspberry distillate: the berry bushes, particularly suited for grappa distillation, like those in the Fiè allo Sciliar area, where the raspberries for Zu Plun distillate ripen at 900 meters above sea level, still produce small harvests. The fruits are small, and the painstaking work of harvesting them is time-consuming. The material obtained for distillation is limited and therefore very valuable, making the distillate difficult to produce. However, the effort is worth it. Thanks to the blend of different fruit acids, raspberry distillates represent the pinnacle of the distillation art.
