Aglianico Montevetrano 'Core' 2020 was born from the project of Silvia Imparato, who decided about ten years ago to showcase the Aglianico grape: the result is Core Rosso, a long maceration process fermented in stainless steel. It then ages for 10 months in new 225-liter oak barrels from Nevers, Allier, and Tronçais. It then ages in the bottle for 6 months.
