The Brunello di Montalcino La Fiorita Riserva 2016 is distinguished by its provenance: the grapes are carefully selected from just one of the estate's plots. This wine isn't produced in every single vintage, and the perfectly ripe Sangiovese grapes benefit from a similar vinification and aging process to other Brunellos, but with more meticulous cellar work. The minimum required aging period is six years before release, but with a much longer aging potential, the Brunello di Montalcino La Fiorita Riserva 2016 reveals a unique freshness over time.
