Cannonau 'Inu' Riserva Contini is made with Cannonau grapes and other local red grapes, selected from the Terre di Ossidiana vineyards on Monte Arci, located up to 200 meters above sea level. The volcanic soil is cultivated here. Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins for 10-15 days and followed by soft pressing. It ages for 12 months in small and medium-sized barrels, both first and second use, and then refines in the bottle for at least 6 months.
