Crystalline, a beautiful, bright and sparkling straw yellow colour with light golden reflections, consistent.

Olfactory tasting

Intense and complex aroma with notes of ripe tropical fruit and dried flowers touched by a light veil of vanilla. Apple, banana, hazelnut, broom, and passionflower emerge. A fine summary.

Taste tasting

Dry, warm, smooth, fresh, and savory. It's velvety on the palate. It has a perfect balance of flavors, a delicate aroma, and a very long finish.

'Capo Martino' is the essence of the Jermann story, the fulcrum that unites the past and present and will propel the company into the future. It is the culmination of all the Jermann family's knowledge, passed down and renewed with perseverance and commitment to this day. Once called 'Little Dream' (in memory of great-grandfather Anton's journey from Bilijana to Villanova 110 years earlier), it is a wine produced almost entirely from Friulano with a small amount of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, and Picolit, all native grape varieties of the area, expertly cultivated and vinified to produce a wine that consistently expresses elegance, body, and complexity.
