Champagne Delamotte Rosé is a rich and fruity cuvée of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay. Produced by one of the oldest Champagne houses, it is one of the rare cases in which the traditional salalsso method is applied, which consists of extracting color and complexity from the grape skins through maceration. This complex and almost obsolete technique ensures the wine a unique elegance and structure.
