Description

Laurent Perrier's Belle Epoque Rosé Champagne is a rosé Champagne made from a blend of the region's three main grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The house sources grapes from the most prestigious communes for each variety, so the Chardonnay comes from the Cramant, Avize, and Le Mesnil crus, the Pinot Noir from Mailly, Ay, Verzy, and Rilly, and the Pinot Meunier from Dizy. A blended rosé, which involves the addition of a red wine, the Belle Epoque Rosé ages for 72 months on the lees, a period that gives it incredible complexity.
