The Chardonnay 'Cuvée Bois' Les Crêtes was born from Costantino's meeting with Count Gagnard de la Grange, a noble winemaker from Puligny-Montrachet. Sharing the 'gobelet' pruning method with the count, also practiced in the Aosta Valley, a friendship was born, which inspired the maturation of this wine. A leader in national and international quality, Cuvée Bois is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and vinified and aged 'sur lie' for 11 months in French oak with batonnage.
