Chateau 2nd Pez 2021 Saint-Estephe is the second wine produced by Château de Pez, one of the oldest and most renowned estates in the Saint-Estèphe appellation in the Médoc region of Bordeaux. The vinification of this elegant red wine begins with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels for 18 months.
