It is vinified as a red wine with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, with extractions managed by cap analysis. It ages for 12 months in various sized French oak barrels: 70% 225-liter barrels, 20% 400-liter barrels, and 10% 500-liter barrels.
