Cinque Terre Forlini Cappellini is produced in the hamlet of Manarola, in the Cinque Terre, where Giacomo tenaciously helps his father Alberto and mother Germana grow the three local white grape varieties: Bosco, Albarola, and Vermentino, used to produce the eponymous wine. All the vineyards are located on terraces where the use of machinery is impractical. The wine is therefore included in the 'Vini Estremi da sempre' (Extreme Wines from Always) project. It is vinified off-the-skin in temperature-controlled stainless steel. It ages in stainless steel and for a few months in bottle.
