Collio Bianco Edi Keber is made with a blend of 70% Friulano, 15% Malvasia Istriana, and 15% Ribolla Gialla, grown in the Zegla cru on soils rich in flysch and ponka. It is vinified with alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks and aged for 5 months in concrete tanks and 20% in oak barrels.
