Corte del Lupo Bianco Ca' del Bosco is made from grapes from 11 vineyards whose exposure, clones, and age guarantee the potential of the Ca' del Bosco style. A perfect combination: the fruity fragrance of Chardonnay and the elegance of Pinot Bianco. The grapes, hand-picked into small crates, are promptly coded and chilled in cold storage. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, then undergoes a special washing and hydromassage system involving three soaking tanks and a complete drying system. Only the finest must from the first fraction gives rise to this wine, approximately one-quarter of which is vinified in small oak barrels used the previous year for Chardonnay. The remaining portion is vinified in steel vats. After six months of aging on their lees, without malolactic fermentation, the two fractions are blended; the wine is then gravity-fed, naturally.
