Citadelle Reserve Gin is the brainchild of Alexandre Gabriel, who wanted to create a craft product at a time when gin was considered an industrial spirit with little complexity. Citadelle Gin is now produced in southwest France, where it is still distilled in small copper pots over an open flame.

Ferrand's Citadelle Reserve Gin is a blend of various botanicals and is placed, during its maturation, in barrels previously used for Cognac. This process imparts a toasted, dried fruit aroma that makes this gin unique.
