Martin Miller's Westbourne Gin was first launched in 2003, born from a desire to meet the demands of the mixology world for a version of Martin Miller Gin that could bring a more 'old-school' authenticity to the modern repertoire. The response was a gin emphasizing its spicier, peppery notes of cassia and nutmeg, along with a higher alcohol content. Its secret lies in the pure Icelandic water used.
