The 2022 Vino Dei Vigneri is made from over a century-old vines, trained as bush vines and cultivated on sandy soil, on a winery that is particularly committed to authenticity and environmental sustainability. The grapes are harvested by hand and then subjected to a long maceration process. Vinification takes place in glass-concrete tanks, without refrigeration or selected yeasts.
