Iuno De Sanctis is a red wine with a strong personality, produced from a pure international grape variety, Cabernet Franc, which has found its ideal habitat in the Frascati terroir, thanks to the temperate Mediterranean climate and rich volcanic soils. It is an organic wine fermented in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts without the addition of sulfites. Maceration on the skins lasts 15-20 days, and the wine is aged initially in 225-liter barriques, followed by another four months in bottle in the cellar.
