Velenosi's Lacryma di Morro d'Alba 'Villa Angela' is made from 100% Lacrima grapes. After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins lasts approximately 20 days, during which pumping over occurs daily and almost exclusively in closed tanks to maximize the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of this varietal.
