Elena Walch Pinot Bianco is produced from the eponymous grapes grown in the Alto Adige DOC region. The grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The wine then ages for several months on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
