Nel 1967 Giovanbattista Adami acquistò a Rosazzo un piccolo podere.Dagli anni ‘90 in poi l’azienda viene razionalizzata, evoluta ed estesa dalla figlia Ivana in modo consapevole e coerente, fra gesti antichi e lavorazioni moderne, sperimentazione e rispetto per il passato. Oggi, accanto ad Ivana opera anche il figlio Simone: il Ronco delle Betulle può così proseguire il proprio percorso di innovazione rispettando ciò che il passato ha saputo trasmettergli.
