Chateau Minuty Prestige is an excellent example of a Provençal rosé. This elegant wine is made from a typical regional blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Tibouren, from vineyards located in the heart of Provence, overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The Chateau's vines are harvested by hand and, prior to that, cultivated using organic products and natural fertilizers. In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, and aging continues in the same containers to preserve the wine's freshness.
