Rougie' Bloc De Foie Gras D'Oie is produced by the company of the same name. Since 1875, it has established itself as one of France's leading foie gras producers, and since the 1950s, it has been serving chefs around the world in the most refined preparations. Rougie' Bloc De Foie Gras D'Oie is artisanally produced in Sarlat-La-Caneda, the foie gras capital of France, in the Périgord Noir region. This block of foie gras is made entirely from French goose liver.
