Diplomatico Reserva Esclusiva is a blend of completely different rums, from the raw material to the distillation process. Its key characteristic is that both molasses and cane juice are produced from the extracted juice. The former undergoes a short fermentation and distillation in Barbet columns, suitable for producing light rums. The latter, on the other hand, undergoes a longer fermentation and is then distilled in column stills and pot stills. This process is slower than the former and better preserves the distinctive aromas and flavors. In short, an exclusive rum.
