Bava Malvasia Rosé, produced since the late 1970s, has sparked a veritable trend for sweet, aromatic rosé sparkling wines over the years. Made from Malvasia grapes, vinified through a brief cold maceration and pressing of the grapes to produce a particularly fragrant free-run must. The sparkling wine is made using the Charmat method in steel vats.
