Moser's Blauen Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut sparkling wine is a Trentodoc vinified as a white wine from hand-selected Pinot Noir grapes and aged for 72 months on the lees in the bottle. The Pinot Noir grapes come from a single vineyard, called Dòs dei Cedri, over 40 years old and trained using the Trentino pergola system. This particularly suitable soil, located near Maso Warth, on the hills of Trento, at 350m above sea level, consists of Dolomite stone, which gives the wine great freshness and flavor. After the grapes are delivered, they are gently pressed and the free-run must is selected; the Pinot Noir is then vinified in steel, leaving the wine to mature for 9 months in tanks before being left to age in the bottle for a long period of aging (72 months).
