Verdicchio di Jesi Riserva Salmariano is produced in Morro d’Alba (AN), undergoes soft pressing, a short stay on the skins, fermentation in steel tanks at 15°C, and maturation on the fine lees until bottling. It ages for 12 months in steel tanks, with 20% aged for the same period in small French oak barrels.
