Vincente Delicacies è un laboratorio di pasticceria artigianale sito a Bronte, patria del Pistacchio Dop. Qui viene raccolto e selezionato per realizzare prodotti di altissimo pregio. Il motore del successo di Vincente è tutto Femminile. L'80% dei dipendenti infatti è composto infatti da donne. La piccola bottega di un tempo oggi è in grado di dare lavoro a 45 donne brontesi, che in periodi di alta produzione possono arrivare a 100. L’azienda è sensibile alla tutela dell’ambiente: l’utilizzo del fotovoltaico e delle energie rinnovabili è un grande passo verso la riduzione delle emissioni e del consumo di energie convenzionali. Il loro lavoro si concentra sull'altissima qualità, la cura nella selezione delle materie prime, l'attenzione rivolta ad ogni passaggio produttivo, il packaging raffinato e il territorio di origine, la Sicilia, terra unica e ricca.
