Silvio Carta's Amaro Estremista 3° is a bitter liqueur made by infusing herbs from the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub in low-proof alcohol to extract only the finest aromatic components of the native botanicals. This technique is what has allowed Silvio Carta to create a bitter liqueur with just 3% alcohol content, rich in complexity and harmony, lovingly blended with Sardinian honey.

Description

Silvio Carta's Amaro Estremista 3° is a bitter liqueur made from an infusion of herbs from Sardinia's Mediterranean scrub. The entire production process is environmentally friendly, as the native herbs are harvested fresh from the Carta botanical garden, located in Zeddiani on the island's west coast. The extraction process is cold-pressed with very low-proof alcohol to extract the most aromatic parts of the botanicals, and all energy used throughout the production process is generated by the 2 megawatts supplied by the photovoltaic panels located at the distillery and distillery in Sardinia. Furthermore, all the botanicals, once the infusion period is complete, are reused as biofuels. Amaro Estremista is a unique and innovative product on the market, both in its concept of creating a true bitter liqueur at just 3% ABV, and in its production process, which is completely green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable.
