Amarone Allegrini is the fruit of the Allegrini family's expertise, a true classic of the appellation, a red that embodies tradition, terroir, and farming wisdom. Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes are left to dry at least until December, with their health monitored daily. After a long aging process, the resulting red wine has become an emblem of Italian winemaking alongside Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino.
