Asanguefreddo Antichi Vinai is an IGT Terre Siciliane made entirely from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the northern slopes of Etna. Cold maceration of the grapes and low-temperature fermentation on the skins for several days. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
