Barbera d'Alba Massolino pairs perfectly with Langhe cuisine and generally with very flavorful dishes. Excellent with pasta, rice, and soup starters, braised or grilled red meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It's also a perfect aperitif with appetizers and cured meats.

Barbera d'Alba Massolino ferments for 10-12 days in stainless steel at temperatures around 30°C. Malolactic fermentation and a brief aging period in stainless steel follow. It is usually bottled and released for sale in the spring of the year following the vintage year.
