Cabernet Sauvignon Lis Neris is produced with the same-named grapes grown using organic fertilization and integrated pest management (EU regulations), eliminating chemical weed control. The vineyards are scattered between San Lorenzo Isontino, Corona, and Romans (Gorizia). The grapes are grown on a gravelly, calcareous plateau. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days, during which the délestage technique is performed regularly. The maceration temperature is 24-26°C. Maturation follows in 500- and 225-liter oak barrels for 8 months. Bottling and brief bottle aging precede release.
