Chardonnay ''Jurosa'' Lis Neris is produced exclusively from the grapes of the same name. The grapes are grown on a gravelly limestone plateau in the municipality of San Lorenzo (Gorizia). It ferments in 500-liter French oak barrels at 22-24°C. It ages for 11 months on the lees in the same containers and then refines in the bottle for 12 months before being released for sale.
