Canneto D'Angelo is produced exclusively with 100% Aglianico del Vulture grapes on medium-textured volcanic soil. The traditional vinification process is medium-long, lasting 15 days in small 80-hectoliter fermentation tanks. It ages for 18 months in barriques, followed by a further 6 months in bottle.
