Cabreo ''La Pietra'' Tenute Folonari is produced with grapes from vineyards on the Cabreo estates located on the hills of Panzano. It was one of the very first Italian white wines to be aged in small French oak barrels. It ages for 12 months in 500-liter barrels with periodic bâtonnage.
