Aperitivo Americano Rosa Cocchi is an aromatized wine, created by Giulio Cocchi in 1891. Its name reflects its red wine origins, from which it takes its color and wild rose characteristics. Like the Americano Bianco, it is refined with natural extracts of flowers and spices, particularly gentian, cinchona, and citrus, but with the addition of ginger, vanilla, and rose petals. The beautiful red color from the wine is completely natural.

The classic Cocchi Rosa Americano aperitivo calls for a glass with ice cubes, a splash of soda water, and a pink grapefruit peel. The soda water can be substituted with excellent results with ginger beer, lemon soda, or tonic water. In its spritz version, the Cocchi Rosa is combined with Brachetto wine and pink grapefruit or lemon peel. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. It pairs particularly well with spirits such as gin, vodka, and metzcal.

Cocchi Aperitivo Americano Rosa is an aromatized wine, created by Giulio Cocchi in 1891 and produced continuously according to the original recipe ever since. Its name, Americano, derives from the aroma of alcohol 'amaricato' (bitter) with herbs and spices, also because the custom of drinking vermouth with ice and soda water spread from the United States. Cocchi Americano, produced according to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe, is the quintessential aperitif in Asti, a piece of the city's history. Its label features the original futurist rooster designed in the 1930s, which represents both its function as an aperitif that 'wakes up the appetite' and one of the symbols of the city of Asti. Throughout its history, Cocchi has produced several variations of its Aperitivo Americano. The most recent, Cocchi Rosa, is made from a base of Piedmontese red wines to which herbal and spice extracts are added, particularly gentian, cinchona, citrus peel, and rose petals.
