Cocchi ''Storico di Torino'' Vermouth is delicious neat, with ice and lemon zest, but it is an essential base for creating the most classic cocktails, from Negronis to Manhattans.

Cocchi's 'Storico di Torino' Vermouth features herbs such as cinchona and rhubarb, which give the beautiful, pale wine a light brown hue. To accentuate the amber hue, browned sugar, prepared over a flame like crème caramel, is added, which, along with its color, also lends a special touch to the flavor. A thrilling vermouth, rich in sensations: among the flavoring herbs and spices, artemisia and citrus take center stage, which, along with the cinchona, provide the balanced, bitter and citrusy notes that characterize the Cocchi style. The flavor is therefore rich, with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange. The infusion of certain noble and balsamic woods yields lightly camphorated aromas and notes of rosemary. Minor ingredients include herbs and woods with unique aromas such as sandalwood, musk, myrrh, and nutmeg.
