Etna Rosso Girolamo Russo 'Feudo' is produced on the northern slopes of Etna in the company's Contrada Feudo vineyards (Randazzo), from organically grown Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins. The wine is then aged for approximately 15 months in previously used barriques. Approximately 3,700 bottles are produced annually.
