Franciacorta Arcari e Danesi Dosaggio Zero Saten is produced using the Grape-Only Method, meaning without exogenous sugars, a method specifically designed for the area. Self-produced sugar (in the form of frozen must) is used throughout the winemaking process to obtain a product that is the natural expression of the fruit, without the need for exogenous sugars (sucrose or mcr). Aged on lees: 31 months. Aged in bottle after disgorgement: at least 5/6 months.
