Franciacorta Arcari e Danesi Dosaggio Zero Millesimato is produced using the Grape-Only Method, meaning without exogenous sugars, a method specifically designed for the region. Self-produced sugar (in the form of frozen must) is used throughout the winemaking process to obtain a product that is the natural expression of the fruit, without the need for exogenous sugars (sucrose or MCR). Aged on lees: at least 30 months. Aged in bottle after disgorgement: at least 6 months.
