Grappa Muller Thurgau Zeni is produced from the grape of the same name. The crushed grapes are vinified as a white wine. They are placed in steel tanks to undergo alcoholic fermentation under rigorous temperature, acidity, and pH controls. After about ten days, the pomace is ready for distillation. The fermented pomace is placed in stills, where it is slowly distilled to obtain pomace brandy, or grappa. The resulting grappa ages for about a year in steel barrels, where it is diluted, filtered, and bottled. After a short period of maturation, it is released for sale.

Grappa Muller Thurgau Zeni is produced with the grape of the same name. Muller Thurgau is a white grape variety obtained from a cross between Riesling Renano and Sylvaner Verte, created in 1882 by a researcher named Muller from the village of Thurgau, Switzerland. This cross combines and enhances all the aromatic characteristics of the two varieties, resulting in a wine with a delicate sage aroma and a palate with a mellow, persistent acidity and lightness. The crushed grapes are vinified without the skins. The skins are placed in steel tanks to undergo alcoholic fermentation under rigorous temperature, acidity, and pH controls. After about ten days, the pomace is ready for distillation. The fermented pomace is placed in stills, where it is slowly distilled to obtain pomace brandy, or grappa. According to Trentino tradition, the still uses the 'bain-marie discontinuous' method. The resulting grappa ages for about a year in steel barrels, is diluted, filtered, and bottled. After a short period of maturation, it is released for sale.
