Maison Trimbach è una delle più storiche famiglie vinicole d’Alsazia e ha costruito la propria reputazione su Riesling di straordinaria purezza. La filosofia produttiva privilegia vinificazioni asciutte e rigorose, capaci di esprimere nitidamente il terroir. Le fermentazioni avvengono prevalentemente in acciaio inox per preservare integrità aromatica e precisione varietale. L’uso del legno è minimo, scelta che mantiene tensione e verticalità nei vini. Le uve vengono raccolte manualmente con selezioni severe in vigneto. Lunghi affinamenti sui lieviti fini aggiungono profondità senza compromettere la freschezza. La tecnica produttiva mira all’equilibrio tra struttura minerale e purezza espressiva.
