Mersault Les Gruyaches Fichet is made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the vineyard of the same name. This small plot is located adjacent to the premier cru 'Les Charmes', alongside the road leading to Puligny. It's worth noting that this 80-year-old vineyard provides natural concentration to the grapes. Located at the bottom of the slopes, the soil is quite rich, with a limestone subsoil that gives the wine character.
