Visual tasting

Ruby red with purple hues.

Olfactory tasting

Intense and complex, with spicy notes of black pepper and cinnamon and a background of damp earth and leather. Notes of ripe red fruit are also evident.

Taste tasting

Warm, persuasive, and full of personality. Its good minerality ensures a pleasantly dry finish.

What to pair wine with Niccolo V Lunae Bosoni 2020

Excellent with important meat dishes such as Florentine steak, game and mature cheeses.

Nicolo V Cantine Lunae is vinified with a 12-day maceration on the skins, followed by racking and aging for 12 months in barriques. It then ages for a further 6 months in bottle before being released for sale. We recommend drinking it in large glasses to promote rapid oxygenation before tasting.
