What to pair wine with Oslavje Radikon 2019 Litro
Oslavje Radikon is difficult to pair with and we recommend it above all as a meditation wine.

Oslavje Radikon is produced with 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Grigio, and 30% Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand in crates. The destemmed grapes are placed in oak vats where fermentation takes place in contact with the skins, without temperature control and without the addition of selected yeasts. To keep the skins immersed throughout the maceration process, three to four manual punchings per day are performed. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, the vats are filled and sealed, and the wine remains in contact with the skins for three to four months, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. After racking, the wine ages in 25–35 hl oak barrels for approximately four years, during which time only a few rackings are performed as necessary.
