Primitivo Ettamiano Cantine Due Palme 2020 is a multifaceted and distinctive Apulian red. It is made from 100% Primitivo grapes from vines approximately 40 years old. After harvesting, the grapes macerate for approximately two weeks, then ferment in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine ages for nine months before bottling.
