Bruno Dei Vespa is produced with grapes averaging 15-20 years old, native to the Manduria area. Harvest takes place in the first half of September. The must macerates on the skins for 10 days with frequent punching down. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques and the wine ages in Never and Troncais barriques for 4 months.
